This project is primarily:
Clinical

Research Project Description:
Patients will be surveyed during their preoperative anesthesia visit to assess their understanding what ERAS is. This quality improvement project aims to identify any gaps in patient communication that may impact their post-surgical recovery. The MSRP student(s) would help in creation of the survey and on-site patient questionnaires. The faculty mentor will support abstract and manuscript submissions. There will be several follow-up projects to come out of the results of this study. Two students could work on this project together.
